“When men choose not to believe in God, they do not thereafter believe in nothing, they then become capable of believing in anything.”

― G.K. Chesterton

Anything – like boys are girls, girls are boys, right is wrong, wrong is right.

Woe to those who call evil good
and good evil,
who put darkness for light
and light for darkness,
who put bitter for sweet
and sweet for bitter!
Isaiah 5:20 (ESV)

“California proves again that ‘tolerance’ is always a one-way street”

Hat tip to Conservative Review:

The news of efforts to force dissenters to bow the knee to the homofascists is continuous. A bill has been introduced in the California legislature which would ban speech critical of transgenderism.

If you want to resist these types of policies coming to Pennsylvania, you should resist the government enforced normalization of transgenderism being pushed by gubernatorial candidate Scott Wagner.

The State Republican Party wants everybody to just shut up and get in line.

Take a look at this post at the website of the Republican Party of Pennsylvania. Apparently, because he thinks the registered Republican voters of the Commonwealth are too stupid to make their own decision about who is telling the truth, Pennsylvania Republican Party Chairman Val DiGiorgio has demanded that gubernatorial candidate Paul Mango take down his ad criticizing gubernatorial candidate Scott Wagner who was anointed by the party and given the orb and scepter two months ago, three months in advance of the primary. How dare the Republican (peasant) voters question the choice of the party insiders and refuse to bow the knee to their overlords!

Medical pot to be in dry form, too

Hat tip to the Bedford Gazette for this article.

So, the government can’t control the public’s access to opioids in a form in which they can be abused but it will be able to control the public’s access to marijuana in a form in which it can be abused? I wonder how that is going to work? Is this just a step toward the legalization of recreational marijuana? Like the legalization of homosexual sodomy was a step toward governmental endorsement of homosexual unions and how the governmental endorsement of homosexual unions is a step toward the governmentally mandated celebration of homosexual unions. Pennsylvania’s transexual Secretary of Health has told us in his twitter feed that we must celebrate this sin.

Also, please note that gubernatorial candidate Scott Wagner, in addition to sponsoring legislation to normalize sexual deviancy (see other posts on this website)  voted for the medical marijuana program, a first step toward normalization of consumption of dope.

” Will the church bow before their new masters?”

So asks David French:

“For many believers, this new era will present a unique challenge. Christians often strive to be seen as the “nicest” or “most loving” people in their communities. Especially among Evangelicals, there is a naïve belief that if only we were winsome enough, kind enough, and compassionate enough, the culture would welcome us with open arms. But now our love — expressed in the fullness of a Gospel that identifies homosexual conduct as sin but then provides eternal hope through justification and sanctification — is hate.

Christians who’ve not suffered for their faith often romanticize persecution. They imagine themselves willing to lose their jobs, their liberty, or even their lives for standing up for the Gospel. Yet when the moment comes, at least here in the United States, they often find that they simply can’t abide being called “hateful.” It creates a desperate, panicked response. “No, you don’t understand. I’m not like those people — the religious right.” Thus, at the end of the day, a church that descends from apostles who withstood beatings finds itself unable to withstand tweetings. Social scorn is worse than the lash.

This is the era of sexual liberty — the marriage of hedonism to meaning — and the establishment of a new civic religion. The black-robed priesthood has spoken. Will the church bow before their new masters?”
