I am an attorney as well and also advise voters to vote “No” on the proposed amendment to the PA Constitution. The language in the bill giving the accuser an absolute right to refuse discovery is a blatant violation of due process and I have no doubt that this law would ultimately be declared by courts to be a violation of due process guarantees of the U.S. Constitution.
