The state’s Independent Fiscal Office has released its cost analysis of the labor agreements that Gov. Tom Wolf have negotiated with three labor unions representing commonwealth employees. The cost analysis now clears the way for the contracts to be signed and a retroactive July 1 raise to be paid to state employees.
